1. Scope

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the "Terms of Sale") govern the subscription to and billing of the paid plans of the OdysseAI service (the "Service"). They supplement the Terms of Use, which describe the access and usage conditions of the Service. By subscribing to a paid plan, the User acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepts these Terms of Sale.

2. Subscription plans

The Service offers three plans: • Ithaque: free access with a limited number of AI generations and features. • Troie: paid subscription — €9.99/month or annual equivalent. • Olympe: paid subscription — €19.99/month or annual equivalent. Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, see section 5). The features included in each plan are listed on the pricing page of the Service at the time of subscription.

3. Payment and processor

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (PCI DSS certified payment provider). OdysseAI does not store any card data — all payment information is collected and encrypted directly by Stripe. Accepted payment methods are those offered by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and any other method supported by Stripe at the time of payment). The invoice is made available to the User in their Stripe billing portal.

4. Auto-renewal and price changes

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual depending on the plan), until the User cancels via the Stripe billing portal. OdysseAI reserves the right to change prices subject to 30 days' prior notice to the User. Changes only take effect at the next billing period. The User may cancel before the new price takes effect at no cost.

5. VAT

VAT not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (small-business VAT exemption scheme applicable to micro-entreprises). The prices stated correspond to the total amount payable.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the User acting as a consumer has 14 days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason and without penalty. The withdrawal request can be exercised via the dedicated button in the user account area or by writing to plan.odysseai@gmail.com.

7. Express waiver of the right of withdrawal

By subscribing to a paid plan and using premium features (in particular AI-generated itineraries) before the end of the 14-day period, the User expressly requests immediate performance of the Service and acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code (supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium the performance of which has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement). This waiver is subject to explicit confirmation (checkbox) at the time of payment. The date and time of acceptance are stored as proof.

8. Refund eligibility

A refund request is eligible only if both of the following conditions are met: • The request is made within 14 days of the start of the current Stripe billing period (the window is renewed at each subscription renewal). • No AI credit has been consumed during the current billing period, in line with the express waiver mentioned in section 7. Requests outside the window or after the use of premium features cannot be honoured. Refunds, when granted, are processed by Stripe to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

9. Cancellation

The User may cancel a paid subscription at any time via the Stripe portal accessible from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no pro-rata refund, subject to the right of withdrawal and the refund eligibility rules (sections 6–8). After the end of the current period, the User keeps their account and automatically switches to the Free plan.

10. Reference to other legal documents and contact

These Terms of Sale supplement the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer of the Service. For any question relating to billing, a dispute or the exercise of your right of withdrawal, please write to us at: plan.odysseai@gmail.com.
