Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 Arrival & first tapas in the Gothic Quarter
Morning Arrival & check-in
Land in Barcelona and head to your accommodation in the Eixample or El Born district — both are perfectly located for nightlife access. Drop your bags, freshen up, and gather the crew. If you arrive early enough, grab a quick coffee on a terrace to soak in the Mediterranean vibe.
Afternoon Tapas crawl in the Gothic Quarter
Kick off the trip with a tapas crawl through the narrow medieval streets of the Gothic Quarter. Start at Plaça Reial for patatas bravas and cañas (small beers), then wander through Carrer de la Mercè — Barcelona's legendary tapas street. Try 3-4 bars: jamón ibérico, pimientos de padrón, gambas al ajillo, and plenty of sangria to get the party started.
Evening Night out at Port Olímpic
Head to Port Olímpic, Barcelona's famous party waterfront. Start with sunset drinks at one of the beachfront chiringuitos, then hit the clubs lining the marina — Shôko, Pacha Barcelona, or Opium are the big names. The area is made for big groups and the party runs until sunrise. Dress code is smart-casual.
Day 2 Beach, group activity & big night out
Morning Brunch & beach at Barceloneta
Sleep in after last night, then grab a late brunch at one of Barceloneta's terraces — try eggs benedict or açaí bowls to recharge. After that, claim your spot on the beach. Barceloneta is the main party beach — rent sunbeds, play volleyball, or just chill with the group. The beach bars keep the drinks flowing.
Afternoon Group activity: go-karting or catamaran
Time for the group activity! Two top picks: (1) Indoor karting at Barcelona Kart — competitive racing with podium and champagne shower for the winner, perfect for bachelor groups. (2) Catamaran party cruise along the Barcelona coast — 1.5h with music, drinks, and swimming stops. Both are iconic bachelor/bachelorette activities that the whole crew will remember.
Evening Poble Sec & Raval — the real Barcelona nightlife
Tonight, skip the tourist clubs and go where locals party. Start in Poble Sec on Carrer de Blai — the street is lined with pintxos bars where you grab skewers and cheap wine. Then head to Raval for the underground scene: cocktail bars on Carrer de Joaquín Costa, then dancing at Moog (legendary techno club) or La Terrrazza (open-air club in summer at Poble Espanyol). This is the authentic Barcelona nightlife experience.
Day 3 Recovery brunch & last stroll
Morning Brunch in Gràcia
Recovery morning! Head to the Gràcia neighborhood — Barcelona's coolest, most village-like barrio. Find a cozy brunch spot on Plaça del Sol or around Carrer de Verdi. Gràcia is full of independent cafés with excellent coffee, avocado toast, and fresh juices. Take it slow, swap stories from last night, and enjoy the relaxed bohemian atmosphere.
Afternoon La Rambla, Boquería & souvenirs
Take a final stroll down La Rambla — despite the tourists, it's still an iconic walk you can't skip. Pop into the Mercat de la Boquería for fresh fruit smoothies, jamón slices, and last-minute food souvenirs. Browse the stalls and grab some Spanish specialties to bring home. Then walk through El Born for any last shopping in the boutique-filled streets around the Picasso Museum.
Evening Last drinks & departure
If your flight is late enough, squeeze in one last round of drinks at a rooftop bar. The terrace at Hotel Pulitzer or the rooftop at The Barcelona EDITION offer stunning views over the city — a perfect way to toast the end of an epic bachelor/bachelorette trip. Then grab a taxi or the Aerobus to El Prat airport. Fins aviat, Barcelona!
